After the K-Street, Puma and Jil Sander are back for another round. Creative director Simone Bellotti builds Jil Sander around the contrast between strictness and lightness, and Puma's archive gives him plenty of both to work with.
The Speedcat L keeps the low-profile, motorsport-inspired shape that made the original a staple. The upper is leather throughout, with the Formstrip cut from suede so the contrast comes from texture as much as tone. Jil Sander's name appears in metallic lettering on the lateral side, with Puma's branding sitting at the heel.
