Curated by ASICS and the Kiko Kostadinov Studio, the US8-S GEL-SJ33™ draws inspiration from the GEL-SUPER J33™ running shoe from the 2010s. Originally designed around natural movement, the silhouette takes cues from the shoe’s seamless upper and biomechanical approach to fit.
The upper combines mesh with synthetic overlays, creating a layered construction with plenty of detail throughout. The original GEL-SUPER J33™ influence can be seen in the intricate patterning, while the tooling has been updated with the GEL-CUMULUS™ 16 system, featuring dual GEL™ technology inserts, FLUIDRIDE™ and FLYTEFOAM™ cushioning underfoot.
